Time to Give Up

This is where putting stuff in order gets weird. If I had it my way (even though I technically do), this one would come last. This, I always held, was the pinnacle of songwriting. It was clever, deep, tuneful, and I recorded it on both "Locker 331" and "The Some of Human Knowledge." It was my warmup song, the encore in every concert I ever did, my favorite song, and one I always knew by heart. It is my memorable one. I can't write enough about what this song is or what it was. It is an antithem that was the epitome of why I became a musician. It was voice for the voiceless, a chant. It was simple, but there was so much to it. However, because of a certain sense of duty to close this door properly and actual popularity, there are 3 songs I have to put higher than it. But let it be said that still, THIS is THE DEFINING song in MY EYES. It is the only one I never changed. I am also not posting it last because then I would have to make the pun that it is "time to give up." Sooooooooo no.
